This project represents the first in a series of apartment remodels in a classic mid century high rise building in Santa Monica. The project reimagines a standard 2 bedroom unit in a modern fresh way. The project is conceived of as a virtual cabinet comprised of millwork that provides for scarce storage while also defining the character and space of the unit.
