The Dallas Film Center, located in downtown Dallas, will become the home to the Dallas Film Society as well as a mainstream/arthouse movie theatre and restaurant café. The program and project organization enables the film society to promote the work of local film artists, promote and introduce film production to high school and college students, maintain a film library and archive and host their annual film festival which has grown into a major cultural event in the region.
This urban infill project supports 11 screens on two levels, offices for the film society, a restaurant and catering kitchen, multiple roof terraces and an outdoor amphitheater that can be used for a variety of events.
