After decades of holding services on the west side of Los Angeles in an outdated structure from the mid 20th century, the Venice Church of Christ is building a new home in the Harvard Heights community of the City. This was the original neighborhood of the congregation at its founding so this represents a return back to its birthplace. The new structure will accommodate a modest chapel and parsonage together with a library, communal meeting space and courtyard that is seen as a public amenity to be used by residents in the area.
