The Annenberg UCLA North Athletic Field Spectator Venue was developed to provide a high quality NCAA venue and training facility for the UCLA men's and women's soccer teams, as well as the lacrosse and rugby clubs.  The venue accommodates 2,200 spectators together with support facilities accommodating locker rooms, coaches offices, broadcast and streaming media infrastructure, field lighting, scoreboard and restroom facilities.

The Project site, the North Athletic Field, is located in the north central area of the UCLA campus adjacent to the Wooden Center and above a parking structure. As a venue positioned on direct axis with Wilson Plaza and Dickson Court, the design concept reflects and responds to the highly sensitive nature of this historic section of campus.
